Santa Cruz CA Fertility Preconception IVF Holistic Naturopathic

At Revolve Health, we help couples lay the foundation for healthy pregnancies and healthy babies.

Whether you’re looking to prepare your body for conception, support a healthy pregnancy and child, or address infertility, we can help with cutting-edge holistic fertility support and treatment.

Pre-conception Care

Many people don’t know that the best time to prepare for pregnancy is one year before you start trying to conceive. I help couples achieve vibrant health before they start trying for pregnancy so they can make the healthiest baby and have the healthiest pregnancy possible. Preconception visits address balancing hormones, reducing overall body toxicity, and optimizing nutrition and weight. This improves both egg and sperm quality to make a healthy baby.

Conception/Fertility Care

For couples that have been trying for a few months or even a few years, naturopathic support can increase your odds of getting pregnant.  We conduct a comprehensive evaluation for both partners to determine why you might not be getting pregnant. We'll make sure to cover every area that can improve your fertility including cycle charting, ovulation timing, healthy hormone levels, environmental exposures, inflammatory or immune reactions, and much more. You’ll be supported with a complete plan to address any obstacles. These plans often include comprehensive diet and lifestyle changes and supplementation with nutrients and herbal medicines to optimize your fertility.

IVF/IUI support

If you’re receiving conventional fertility treatments and want to make them the most effective, holistic support can improve your outcomes. We work with patients who are undergoing IVF or IUI and support them during this part of their journey to pregnancy.

Optimal fertility is the outcome of great health. Naturopathic medicine brings the body back to health and inherently increases the body’s ability to get pregnant. Many health conditions for both women and men can negatively affect fertility.
